PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIME

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take 1 - 2 days for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.


CANCELATIONS / ADDRESS CHANGES

Our warehouse team begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders.
