We’ll help you get on the right foot. Just pick your shipping zip code and have your order number in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Feel Your Soul Order Confirmation email. Then off we go!
Our Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Returns: We hope you LOVE our products, but we understand if you need to switch something up! Products that are available for returns or exchanges are our Footsouls, Clothing, and Socks within 30 days of your purchase.
- For clothing and socks, the tags must be intact and the items must not have been washed :)
- For Footsouls, they must not show any wear
Items not available for returns or exchanges:
- Stickers are not eligible for returns
- Converse & Vans Roller Skates are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due this being a custom handmade product that we start working right as you place your order!
- Cereal is not eligible for return. This is due to this being a limited edition product along with it being a food item (health requirements).
Cancellations: Orders are not available for cancellations, but you can return eligible products if you need to! Please click here for our return portal :D
