OUR FOOTSOULS RETURN GUARANTEE

Wear your Footsouls for 30 days straight and if you're not over the moon by day 30, send it back to us and we'll refund your purchase!

 

The Details: 

 

- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Once a return is submitted please drop off your order in the mail within 10 days. To begin a return: please use our return portal for the fastest and easiest refund. 

 

- What you get back: A refund of the full purchase price (less any discounts applied) to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (free shipping over $40).

 

- When you get it: Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after your return arrives back at our warehouse. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

 

- Condition: Worn Footsouls are welcome back — that's our promise. We believe in our Footsouls 100% and want you to try them out as well!

EXCHANGES

Grabbed the wrong size?  No problem — our return portal lets you swap for a different size or a different Footsouls model in just a few clicks. We'll get your new pair moving as soon as the carrier scans your return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us  immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
