Do I need to trim my Footsouls to make them fit into my Converse?

Nope! Just choose your size and slip em' in!

Do Converse Footsouls work in Chuck 70's, wide width Converse, Comme Des Garcons, and Shoreline Converse

Yes, Converse Footsouls will work in all of these styles

Do I need to remove the insoles in my Converse before inserting in my Footsouls?

Nope! They just slip in on top of the insoles that are in your Converse. 

Are the Footsouls for Converse Chuck Taylor high tops the same for the low tops?

Yes they are! 

Will the Footsouls make my Converse to tight and squish my toes?

This is the crazy part, but they actually won't squish your toes at all! It's almost like magic how we designed it. Just throw the Footsouls in and boom you will feel like you are walking on a cloud. Our Footsouls are made with our special cloud foam that forms to the shape of your foot making them perfect for whatever shape your foot is! Pretty cool right? If you have high arches, low arches, or have no clue what your arch is you are all set. The Footsouls will do all the work :) 

How long will Footsouls keep my Converse feeling like a cloud?

Footsouls will last from 6 months up to 1 year! This timeframe just depends on if you wear your Converse everyday or if you wear them once a week. If you wear your Converse everyday look to replace your Footsouls every 6 months. If you wear your Converse once a week you can replace them 1 time a year :-)

DO VANS FOOTSOULS WORK IN WIDE WIDTH VANS? Do Vans Footsouls work in wide width Vans?

Yes, Vans Footsouls will work in wide width Vans.

Do Vans Footsouls work in Vans with PopCush or UltraCush insoles?

 Footsouls will not work with Vans that have PopCush or UltraCush insoles.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take 1 - 2 days for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.


On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping. 


Orders to Canada generally arrive within 7-21 business days for most provinces.


Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 7-21 business days for most countries. 


How much is shipping?

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for $4.99 (3-7 business days). Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $50 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).


Standard Shipping to Canada costs CA$20 on all orders under CA$137 and arrives within 7 - 21 business days. We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$137.


Standard International Shipping  (Australia, Europe, UK, Etc.) cost is calculated at checkout and arrives in 7 - 21 business days.

Do I need to pay for taxes and duties?

For orders outside of the USA, duties and taxes will need to be paid separately.
